Vineyard RV Park, California

Project Overview

Introduction

Located north of the San Francisco Bay Area in California, this RV park provided the Nadi Group with an opportunity to completely redesign an already established recreational vehicle park. We worked with the developer, George Bertram III, and his team to create an outstanding RV park designed with the accessibility of today’s larger “Big Rig” vehicles in mind.

Project Summary

The developer sought to use environmentally sound design through solar technology and other practices to reduce the use of water and energy on the site. Nevertheless, we still had to overcome several environmental, wastewater and neighborhood hurdles, including a drip irrigation system to dispose of the effluent from the Advantix sewage treatment plant on site. The rezoning process took more than three years (in excess of $100 thousand) to achieve approval.

Our Role

Nadi Group worked with the developer to create a complete package of site design, landscaping and imaging to help the client “meet or exceed each of their guest’s expectations.”
