Introduction

A private developer engaged Nadi Group to design the masterplan of a manufactured housing community with a vibrant mixed use town center on a 145-acre parcel in Minnesota.

Project Summary

Surrounded by the natural environment and celebrating the creek passing through it, the center is designed to be accessed by pedestrians through walkable paths and sidewalks and streets that promote sustainability, health, and vitality, through reserved bike lanes while providing efficient road connectivity for vehicles and adequate number of parking spaces.
