Intro

The redevelopment of Sunshine Key RV Resort & Marina sets out to transform the property into a modern and competitive destination in the picturesque Florida Keys. The project reimagines the existing RV resort and marina, integrating upgraded amenities, a state-of-the-art clubhouse, and thoughtful landscaping. With an emphasis on comfort, style, and environmental stewardship, the project aims to position the resort as a premier destination for RV enthusiasts and visitors alike.

Our Role

Nadi Group was engaged to lead the redevelopment with a multifaceted approach, which included:  

- Master Plan Development:  

 Preparing a detailed and visually rich master plan that reconfigures and upgrades the site layout, incorporates desired resort amenities, and identifies the locations of the clubhouse and operational buildings. The master plan optimizes density, typology, and recreational spaces while balancing economic viability, environmental best practices, and aesthetic quality.  

- Architectural Schematic Design Development:

 Developing floor plans, initial massing, elevations, and 3D renderings (including birds-eye and eye-level views) for key structures such as the clubhouse, food truck pavilion, and bathhouse. These designs addressed the architectural requirements outlined in the RFP and incorporated refinements from data analysis.  

Through these efforts, the designs ensure a cohesive and attractive development plan that aligns with the client’s goals and offers marketing-ready visuals.
