Introduction

Potter Hill Homes enlisted  Nadi Group to design a traditional neighborhood development with modern interventions.

Project Summary

Located just outside Cincinnati Ohio, the Mills of Miami revolved around a central plaza and open space that had a community center and pool feature. We provided a design concept that would create a vibrant community, reminiscent of historical neighborhoods, with modern enhancements that place the pedestrian’s experience first.

Our Role

Described as New Urbanism Lite, the Mills of Miami demonstrated the Nadi Group’s ability to design traditional neighborhood features within a conventional context. The Miami Township enthusiastically welcomed the design which incorporated single family housing and higher density town homes.
