Devonshire Village Architectural Approvals, Manitoba

Introduction

Located in east of Winnipeg in Manitoba, Devonshire Village is a community project in development. The client enlisted Nadi Group to produce design guidelines and provide design review consulting services for the residential community.

Project Summary

The client engaged Nadi Group to reinforce the architectural vision, which is to create a traditional themed neighborhood that focuses on the importance of community and family living. Building and house designs shall be reminiscent of historical styles yet incorporate new materials and design features. Traditional elements such as front porches, shutters, decorative gable roofs and complementary trim is required. We achieved this through a rigorous and effective framework for the design guidelines. During the construction phase, we ensured consistent communication with the homebuilders concerning color and material coordination.

Our Role

Nadi Group created architectural guidelines and provided architectural review and approval to the homes. This goal is to advocate a distinctive neighborhood character, possessing strong progressive architectural styles and a diversity of colors and textures. The project is completed.
